While rummaging through an old toolbox, I stumbled across this intriguing tool, apparently unused for at least a decade. The part with spokes rotates, and these spokes come in different diameters that align with a corresponding hole on the opposite side of the tool.
To give you an idea of its size, I placed a Sharpie marker next to it. After some digging, I discovered that it’s actually used for punching holes in leather or similar materials—perfect for adjusting your belt length.
