Wynonna Judd Addresses Fan Concerns After CMA Awards Appearance Raises Questions

Wynonna Judd responded to concerned fans after a wave of comments poured in on Wednesday night, expressing worry over the beloved country singerโ€™s health.

Judd, 59, along with Jelly Roll, 38, kicked off the CMA Awards by performing Jelly Rollโ€™s song โ€œNeed a Favor.โ€ During the performance, Judd was noticeably holding onto Jelly Roll, which sparked many fans to express their concerns about her well-being.

Following the show, Judd took to her social media accounts with a video to address her fansโ€™ concerns.

โ€œDonโ€™t read the commentsโ€ they say… she humorously captioned her video.

In the brief clip, Judd admitted that she did read the comments and decided to be upfront with her followers.

โ€œIโ€™m just gonna come clean with yโ€™all,โ€ she began. โ€œI was so freaking nervous.โ€

Judd revealed that when Jelly Roll invited her to open the show with him, she was thrilled but couldnโ€™t shake her nervousness.

โ€œI got out there and I was so nervous that I just held on for dear life. And thatโ€™s the bottom line,โ€ she confessed.

After her performance, Judd spoke with ET and shared why she chose to accept Jelly Rollโ€™s invitation to share the stage.

โ€œI have to show up for people like people did me,โ€ Judd told ET. โ€œThatโ€™s my job now: to pass it on because people have been so generous with me and now itโ€™s my turn to be generous with people like Jelly Roll and thatโ€™s what Iโ€™m doing.โ€

Weโ€™re relieved to hear that Wynonna Judd is doing well. She has faced some tough times over the past couple of years.

Letโ€™s hope and pray that 2024 brings her much better days.
