Justin Timberlake Sells Sprawling 127-Acre Property in Tennessee for $8 Million

The โ€œMirrorsโ€ singer let go of the lush parcel of land just weeks before his DWI arrest on June 18

Justin Timberlake has officially said goodbye to an expansive piece of Tennessee real estate.

The โ€œMirrorsโ€ singer, 43, sold his plot of land thatโ€™s spread out across nearly 127 acres in Franklin, Tenn. for $8 million. Itโ€™s nestled โ€œless than half a mileโ€ from the rural village of Leipers Fork and approximately 45 minutes outside of Nashville, according to the listing.

In addition to boasting stunning views of Leipers Creek Valley, the parcel of land also offers 50 acres of wildlife food plots and pastures. A fishing pond is also accessible on-site, along with spring creeks and trails.

Tom Sullivan of Covey Rise Properties held the listing.

Timberlake โ€” who is currently on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour โ€” officially let go of the sprawling plot on May 30, according to property records.

The Memphis native reportedly purchased the land in 2015 from local philanthropist and preservationist Aubrey Preston, according to The Tennessean.

Nearly a year after Timberlakeโ€™s purchase, Preston told the outlet that he and the Grammy winner have a lot in common when it comes to their mutual admiration for their home state.

โ€œBoth of us share that love of Tennessee and enjoyed how we grew up, on land,โ€ Preston said at the time. โ€œWe want to do our part to save that for future generations, and our kids. That’s how we got to know each other.โ€

The sale came just a few weeks before Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor, N.Y. for allegedly driving while intoxicated on June 18.

He was driving to a friendโ€™s house from the American Hotel when he was pulled over by a Sag Harbor police officer. The singer was then charged with one count of DWI and two citations โ€” one for running a stop sign and one for failure to keep in lane.

Despite the frenzy that the arrest has caused among Timberlakeโ€™s fans and the public, a source told PEOPLE that he and wife Jessica Biel are not worried about the incident.

“Theyโ€™ve moved on from the arrest. They have faith in their legal team and continue to focus on work and their family instead,” the insider said. Timberlake shares two children โ€” Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4 โ€” with The Better Sister actress.
