At around 12:49 p.m., a tow truck attempting to turn suddenly lost control of the bulldozer it was transporting. The bulldozer broke free, hurtling towards the Hendrickson’s GMC pickup, which was towing a boat behind it. The collision resulted in the tragic deaths of Richard and Sally, while Julie, Richard’s wife, and two other children suffered minor injuries.
