John Cena, the wrestler-turned-actor, had quite the moment at the Oscars. In a cringe-worthy bit, Cena was supposed to run across the stage naked for the Best Costume Design category. However, things didn’t quite go as planned.
Cena, with the envelope covering his privates, shuffled across the stage in a comical fashion. What the audience didn’t see on TV was Cena’s quick wardrobe change that happened off-screen.
As the nominee montage flashed back to Jimmy Kimmel and John Cena onstage, the WWE star was suddenly dressed in a toga-like getup. This quick transformation was caught on camera by someone at Vulture. The room went dark during the change, and Cena sure looked nude.
Interestingly, Cena wasn’t the only handsome guy showing off his physique on TV that weekend. Josh Brolin also stripped down during his ‘SNL’ hosting gig, although he kept his underwear on.
