One dog that has captured the hearts of the internet is Sakari the Husky. Sakari absolutely loves playing in the snow, and her playful antics have everyone laughing out loud.

When Sakari’s owners, Amanda and Phil, first met her, they realized that she had a tough life in the past. They went to an animal shelter in search of a furry companion who needed a forever home. And that’s when they laid eyes on Sakari.

“Immediately, Sakari laid down at our feet on her back in a submissive state. We knew in the back of our minds that this was the girl for us,” Amanda shared.

Sakari was scared and withdrawn at first, but her kind nature shone through. With time, she became more open and trusting of her new family. Now, Sakari is a happy pup who loves nothing more than playing with her family, especially in the snow.

Her favorite game? Being “buried” in the snow by Phil. He started by putting a little snow on Sakari, and she absolutely loved it. She laid there, letting Phil bury her completely, and she could have stayed there all day!

It’s heartwarming to see dogs like Sakari truly enjoying their lives and experiencing nothing but love and joy. Unfortunately, many dogs languish in shelters, longing for a forever home. So remember, before getting a dog, consider adoption and giving them the chance to thrive in a loving family.
